Café Mirage Supervisor

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking supervisors for Café Mirage. This is a high-energy, quick-service food outlet that serves both the adventure park and the indoor water park. In this role, you’ll lead daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensure consistent food quality and speed of service, and provide strong, hands-on leadership for teams delivering quick-serve and high-volume food production. You will ensure staff are well trained and energized to deliver quick, friendly service and quality food—so our guests can refuel without ever leaving the fun.

Through positive leadership and operational excellence, you’ll foster a welcoming work environment that empowers your team to consistently deliver efficient, memorable service to every guest.

Pay Rate - $23 - $26/hr

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, including prep, service, and closing in a high-volume setting.
Help lead kitchen team in executing standardized recipes and maintaining food quality.
Ensure fast ticket times, clean workspaces, and food safety compliance.
Assist with scheduling, labor management, and controlling food costs and waste.
Coordinate with FOH and expo for smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Support training and onboarding of new team members.

What We’re Looking For

3-5 years of progressive management experience in restaurant, quick-service, multi-unit concessions, hotel, resort, or family entertainment venue.   
Experience with high-volume operations is a must.
Prior restaurant or fast-food experience is required.
Prior experience managing inventory, food cost, and labor cost is required. 
Ability to be fluid and to lead with confidence and composure during high-occupancy times and in high-stress situations.  
Schedule availability must be flexible; this includes early and late shifts. Weekend availability is a must. 
Beneficial if bilingual in English and Spanish.
