Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a spa or hospitality environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of spa treatments and products is a plus
