Partner Insight and Planning: Analyze the partner landscape in the assigned region and develop effective strategies for partner engagement and growth.

Partner Development and Sales: Identify and develop new business partnerships through effective sales strategies. Collaborate closely with account managers to drive business opportunities and project success, while focusing on long-term partner development.

Brand Influence and Partner Relationships: Strengthen Huawei's brand presence within the partner ecosystem and build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners.

Partner Capability Development: Support partners through training, knowledge sharing, and enablement activities to improve their capabilities and strengthen collaboration with Huawei.

Partner Collaboration: Foster a positive, collaborative, and sustainable partner ecosystem to ensure successful long-term cooperation.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the information technology (IT) industry.
Experience working with established industry partners or strong knowledge of the relevant partner ecosystem.
Ability to build and maintain effective technical relationships with customers, resellers, and colleagues, including through remote support.
Fully eligible to work within the European Union.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
