Among the fastest-growing tech companies in the UK

About the Role
~1 min readEvery email and notification we send is part of how customers experience Lendable, and a 5.0★ Trustpilot rating across more than 100,000 reviews sets a high bar for it: communication has to be clear, timely and honest. As our Senior Product Manager for CRM & Growth, you'll own the products and systems that shape how customers hear from us across their lifecycle, from first interaction through to retention and reactivation.
Product here isn't backlog grooming. The trade-offs are commercial as much as they are user-facing: engagement, retention, conversion, cost to serve and customer experience all pull against each other, and you'll make the calls. There will always be more good ideas than capacity, so sharp prioritisation is central to the job. The role also has a real technical edge. Messaging reliability, deliverability and platform integrations are part of what you'll own, so you'll need to be comfortable going deep with engineers. Teams here are small relative to the size of the book we run, so you'll carry more scope and ownership than the same title would at a larger, more layered company.
