If you're a PTA who enjoys helping patients regain their independence, values a collaborative work environment, and wants to be part of a company that genuinely understands rehabilitation, we'd love to connect with you.

At AdvantageCare, we believe that providing exceptional patient care starts with supporting the clinicians who deliver it.

We're looking for someone who brings clinical knowledge, compassion, and a positive attitude to their work — someone who enjoys building relationships with residents, celebrating their progress, and being part of a team that works together.

Whether you're an experienced PTA looking for a fresh start or a newer graduate ready to build your career, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

Located in Bethlehem, PA, in the heart of the Lehigh Valley, Holy Family Manor provides skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care services to individuals who benefit from compassionate, individualized support.

As part of the AdvantageCare Rehabilitation team, you'll have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with residents while helping them improve their mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.

Monitoring patient responses to treatment and communicating progress, concerns, or changes in condition to the supervising PT.

  • →

Modifying treatment activities within the established plan of care and your professional scope of practice.

  • →

Supporting fall prevention, safety awareness, and mobility education.

  • →

For a PTA who enjoys geriatrics, functional mobility, orthopedic rehabilitation, neurological conditions, and medically complex patients, this is an opportunity to use a broad range of clinical skills while making a difference every day.

We welcome PTAs who are motivated to learn, passionate about helping others, and excited to become part of a supportive rehabilitation team.

AdvantageCare Rehabilitation has been delivering rehabilitation services for more than 23 years.
