Senior Underwriting Assistant-Liquor Legal (Hybrid)

Supports underwriters to improve the efficiency of the business segments underwriters to make risk selection and pricing decisions. Responds directly to distribution partner requests- providing timely service. Reviews reports or risks within designated authority and makes recommendations on items outside of their authority. Makes workflow improvement recommendations to underwriting supervisor.

• →Complete preparatory underwriting tasks for quotes, new policies and renewal policies in accordance with the corporate workflow
• →Process amendment requests within authority levels in accordance with the corporate workflow.
• →Serve as the primary point of contact for agency CSRs on communication related to follow-up and maintenance of underwriting file information.
• →Underwrite small renewal policies within authority levels.

• →H.S. Diploma or Equivalent required or Associate's Degree preferred
• →Equivalent work experience preferred
