What We're Looking For

Tax Preparation Experience: At least one season of professional tax preparation experience required; two or more seasons preferred.
Tax Knowledge: Familiarity with federal and state individual income tax returns, tax deductions, credits, and filing requirements.
Customer Service: A commitment to delivering outstanding service and building strong client relationships.
Communication Skills: Ability to explain tax information clearly and professionally.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
Technology Skills: Comfortable using computers, tax preparation software, and digital tools.
Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
PTIN: A valid IRS Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) is required. We can provide guidance through the application or renewal process.
