THE OPPORTUNITY

We are recruiting a Global Head of Health Economics & Reimbursement (HE&R) to serve as the functional leader for our Neuromodulation business. This leader is a member of both the functional and business unit leadership teams and is accountable for developing and executing global health economics, reimbursement and market access strategies across the full product lifecycle.

The Global Head of HE&R will lead the development and execution of global HE&R strategy through a network of direct, indirect, regional and cross-functional resources. The role will partner extensively with business, clinical, medical affairs, regulatory, commercial, finance and regional leadership teams to enable patient access, optimize business performance and support sustainable portfolio growth globally.

This role serves as the senior access lead for payer management, country-specific reimbursement strategy, appeals capabilities, policy-informed growth planning and access readiness for portfolio and pipeline expansion, including acquired technologies.
