At Elderwood at Hamburg, our LPNs are the steady hands residents and families count on. You'll lead care on your unit, partner with RNs and the interdisciplinary team, and build real relationships with the people you care for, not just pass meds and move on.

• Pay: Up to $35.54/hour, based on experience, plus up to $3.00/hour in shift differentials
• 12-hour shifts: two weekday shifts and one weekend shift

  Credentials as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with a New York State license required.

  LPN Training and work experience in a geriatric setting preferred.

  Ability to supervise and work well with other personnel required.

  Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing required.
