Agent.e Méthodes - Support Production (contrat 12 mois)

L’agent méthodes – Support à la production assure le soutien technique aux activités de fabrication et d’assemblage aéronautiques. Il veille à la mise à jour des gammes de fabrication, à la résolution des problématiques de production et à la coordination des changements d’ingénierie. Il contribue également à l’optimisation des méthodes de travail, à l’amélioration continue des processus et à la performance des opérations.

• →Review and update assembly instructions and manufacturing work instructions for the production and assembly of aerospace components.
• →Analyze, verify, and approve engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• →Define manufacturing and assembly strategies, as well as the tooling required to meet geometric tolerances.
• →Coordinate the implementation of engineering changes with Engineering, Materials Logistics, Quality, and Production teams.
• →Provide technical support to production and coordinate problem-solving activities.
• →Optimize manufacturing and assembly methods, eliminate non-value-added activities, and contribute to continuous improvement and research and development projects.
• →Analyze SAP data, maintain manufacturing engineering documentation, and identify production optimization opportunities.
• →Define requirements for manpower, tooling, equipment, facility layout, ergonomics, and health and safety, based on optimal manufacturing methods.
• →Contribute to the improvement of manufacturing engineering processes, conduct audits, and provide recommendations.

• College or university degree in Mechanical, Avionics, Electrical, Industrial, or Electromechanical Engineering, Aircraft Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, visualize 3D concepts, and analyze technical issues.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CAD software (CATIA, AutoCAD, ENOVIA), and ERP systems (SAP).
• Strong teamwork, perseverance, and sound judgment.
• Fluency in French and good command of English, both written and spoken.
