The Service Station Attendant provides excellent customer service to patrons visiting the service station. This role is responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and supporting daily station operations.

• →Process cash, credit card, and other customer transactions accurately.
• →Assist customers with fuel purchases and fill gas tanks when necessary.
• →Provide friendly, courteous, and professional customer service.
• →Answer customer questions and provide directions or assistance as needed.
• →Maintain cleanliness of the station, including collecting and disposing of outdoor trash.
• →Process customer purchases and provide receipts.
• →Help ensure a safe and organized work environment.
• →Maintain flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• →Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Cash handling and retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This position interacts regularly with customers, co-workers, managers, and vendors. Success in this role requires a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
