Bookmans Entertainment Exchange has been serving Arizona communities for nearly 50 years. We buy, sell, and trade with our customers to acquire the majority of our inventory, proudly following a sustainable business model that keeps items out of landfills and gives them new life. Contributes to the regular and efficient circulation of books in the store through effective stocking

of merchandise. Responsible for leading and promoting a customer-friendly store atmosphere by

providing exceptional customer assistance. All job duties are performed with a customer-service

mindset while working within company policy and procedures.

• Ability to adapt to a flexible working schedule to include early mornings, evenings, midshifts, and weekends.
• Diverse Book knowledge.
• Understanding of the pricing, trading, and discount systems at Bookmans.
• Ability to stock shelves while maintaining alphabetization, organization, and displays.
• General knowledge of products sold at Bookmans.
• Knowledge of store sections and layout.
• Ability to work independently with guidance and direction from the Book Department Supervisor/Lead and Store Management.
• Ability to use reference materials.
• Must be able to conduct oneself in a civil, professional, and respectful manner at work.
