Responsibilities

→Communicate proactively with gym staff to be briefed on events
→Prep event space and rental equipment
→Organize event participants after they are checked in at the desk
→Ensure all chaperone and staffing minimums are met
→Assist participants with proper gear setup
→Educate participants about Touchstone’s Gym Safety Rules
→Belay participants or facilitate a bouldering session, offering encouragement and technique tips, keeping them engaged throughout the event
→Assist organizers with various event-related tasks
→Event setup and cleanup
