The Rise Collective is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support the Marketing Managers and Chief Marketing Officer across our portfolio of hospitality, real estate, luxury rental, media, and service-based brands.

This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys organization, project coordination, and bringing marketing initiatives to life. The Marketing Associate will help keep campaigns, projects, and marketing operations running smoothly by coordinating deliverables, maintaining documentation, assisting with reporting, and supporting execution across multiple marketing channels.

Marketing projects are organized and completed on schedule
All assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time through the marketing team's project management system
Marketing Managers and leadership receive timely support across campaigns and initiatives
Campaign assets, documentation, and reporting remain accurate and organized
Internal processes and workflows become more efficient
Cross-functional communication is streamlined
Marketing operations run smoothly, allowing Marketing Managers to focus on strategy and optimization
All assigned marketing KPI trackers are consistently maintained, accurate, and reflect current campaign performance
Marketing performance data is proactively monitored, with trends and optimization opportunities surfaced to leadership
Competitive research and industry insights are regularly shared, helping The Rise Collective continually raise the standard across every marketing vertical
Demonstrates a proactive mindset by identifying opportunities for improvement rather than simply completing assigned tasks
