The Trader Onboarding Analyst plays a critical foundational role within the Trust & Resilience organization, responsible for executing high-volume identity verification, initial document checks, and basic risk screening. Operating strictly within established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), this role serves as the first line of manual review for automated identity verification (IDV) exceptions and basic Sanctions alerts.

The Analyst will focus on core identity verification execution, clearing routine friction points in the onboarding funnel, validating baseline registration data, and ensuring basic trader onboarding functions are satisfied efficiently. When out-of-scope issues or elevated threats emerge, you will be responsible for accurately triaging and escalating these complex profiles to Senior or High-Risk Analysts.

  • →Initial Document Validation: Review and validate baseline registration data and standard identity/tax documentation. Ensure application completeness and accurately pass verified accounts forward in the onboarding funnel.
  • →Triage & Escalation: Act as a crucial gatekeeper by identifying out-of-scope document issues, suspicious indicators, or elevated risk signals (e.g., complex biometric failures or suspected fraud). Formulate concise, accurate case notes and escalate these profiles to Senior/Lead Analysts.
  • →Accurate Record Keeping & QA Adherence: Maintain precise and compliant documentation on all processed cases to support internal Quality Assurance (QA) audits and ensure all actions align with regulatory requirements.
  • →Operational Feedback: Track common anomaly trends and provide on-the-ground feedback to Senior Analysts and Management regarding routine friction points or recurring system errors in the verification queues.
