Are you an experienced Technical Support professional with a passion for leading people? We're looking for a Technical Team Leader to inspire, coach, and develop a team of technical specialists while ensuring exceptional service delivery for our customers.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead, mentor, and support a team of Technical Support professionals
- →Drive team performance through regular coaching and feedback
- →Deliver technical training and share best practices
- →Monitor service quality and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- →Facilitate team meetings and encourage collaboration
- →Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements
~1 min read- Proven experience in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) field and in team management
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Experience with ticketing systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent coaching, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to motivate others
