As a Health Services Assistant, you will support quality initiatives through data extraction, data abstraction, and detailed medical record review. You will perform chart scrubbing to identify and document evidence showing whether required quality measures have been completed or remain outstanding. You will carefully review available documentation to ensure information is accurately captured and supports quality-measure tracking and reporting.

This is a remote role. Your work shifts are flexible Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. CANDIDATES MUST RESIDE IN THE STATE OF AZ TO BE CONSIDERED. If this role sounds like the one for you, Apply Today!

$22.50 - $33.76 / hour Banner Health is committed to pay equity and transparency.
