Waves Express Car Wash—voted Best of South Carolina and Best of the Upstate—is looking for dependable, energetic Part-Time Membership Support Specialists (MSS) to join our team!

• →Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Welcome customers, answer questions, assist with concerns, and help make every visit a great experience.
• →Support Our Sales Team: Help customers with membership questions, account updates, and membership applications while supporting our sales team.
• →Guide Vehicles Safely: Direct vehicles into the wash tunnel, watch for potential vehicle concerns, and follow all safety procedures.
• →Keep the Site Looking Great: Clean and maintain vacuum areas, tunnels, parking lots, windows, and customer amenities.
• →Assist with Equipment Maintenance: Monitor chemical levels, refill supplies, perform routine preventative maintenance as trained, and report equipment issues.
• →Support Daily Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, operate the point-of-sale system, and complete assigned checklists and tasks.
• →Be a Team Player: Work alongside coworkers and management to keep the location clean, safe, and operating efficiently.
• →Bring the WOW Factor: Show initiative, maintain a positive attitude, and help deliver the customer experience Waves is known for.

• Previous customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
• Friendly, professional communication skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to being a reliable team member.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to stay active and perform hands-on tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
