• Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 annually (DOE)
• Bonus: RVU-based bonus opportunity
• Patient Volume: Approximately 20–30 patients per day
• Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of pediatric clinical experience
• Language Preference: Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred

About the Opportunity / A Day in the Life

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing, community-focused healthcare organization in Chandler, Arizona. In this outpatient role, you will provide comprehensive pediatric care to infants, children, and adolescents. Your day will include well-child visits, preventive screenings, developmental assessments, acute illness evaluations, chronic condition management, and family education.

You will work alongside physicians, medical assistants, nurses, and care coordination teams in a collaborative environment that supports quality care and efficient patient flow.
