Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive “whole health” services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social drivers of health such as housing and employment. Aspire has health centers in four Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.

High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related human service field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education preferred
One (1) year of related driving experience required
Must be able to drive in varying weathering conditions required
15 passenger van or bus driving experience and basic motor vehicle knowledge (checking oil, tires for air and tread wear, etc.) strongly preferred

Must be able to achieve and maintain Community Health Worker certification within 12 months of hire
