Team Leader, Perth Airport

Delaware North Australia is hiring casual Team Leaders to join our dynamic team at  Hungry Jack’s Perth Airport! As Team Leader, you'll inspire and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Working in one of Australia’s busiest airports, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, driving operational excellence and bringing Hungry Jack’s cultural pillars to life every day.

• →Lead and supervise a team to deliver outstanding service
• →Train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve operational goals
• →Uphold compliance with Hungry Jacks' operational and safety standards
• →Ensure adherence to company policies, including Food Safety and WHS requirements
• →Manage inventory and stock control, assisting in efficient day-to-day operations
• →Provide exceptional customer service, resolving guest issues professionally  

• Leadership experience in fast food, QSR or high-volume hospitality
• A passion for hospitality, with a customer-focused and self-motivated attitude
• The ability to work autonomously in a high-pressure setting
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture
• Food Safety Certificate 
• A desire to be part of the founding team launching a brand-new Hungry Jack's
• Familiarity with Hungry Jacks’ cultural pillars
• Flexibility to work shifts across a 7-day rotating roster, evening and/or overnight shifts
