Innovation Strategist

You will work closely with business leaders to identify opportunities, define strategic priorities, and develop actionable roadmaps that support sustainable innovation. Through interactive workshops and collaborative engagements, you will help clients align stakeholders, establish governance frameworks, and navigate the complexities of AI adoption. You will translate complex business and technical concepts into clear recommendations, executive presentations, and operational playbooks. Working in a fully remote, collaborative environment, you will contribute to client success while helping strengthen internal methodologies and innovation best practices. • Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in innovation, strategy consulting, digital transformation, or a related field.

• Consulting Background: Previous consulting experience is preferred, particularly in client-facing engagements involving organizational change, business transformation, or enterprise technology initiatives.

• AI and Technology Knowledge: Familiarity with AI tools, enterprise AI enablement, and emerging technologies is preferred, along with an understanding of how these capabilities can address business challenges.

• Business Process and Governance Expertise: Strong understanding of business process design, organizational governance, risk management, and the operational considerations involved in implementing new technologies.

• Workshop Facilitation: Demonstrated ability to design and lead workshops, engage diverse stakeholders, facilitate strategic discussions, and build consensus around business priorities.

• Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information, identify opportunities, and translate insights into practical, actionable recommendations.

• Communication and Storytelling: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including strategic storytelling, executive presentations, and the ability to tailor messages to technical and non-technical audiences.
