The Salesforce Health Cloud Business Systems Analyst will support a major healthcare implementation project by translating complex clinical and operational needs into effective Salesforce solutions. In this 12-month contract role, you will serve as a key liaison between healthcare stakeholders and technical delivery teams. You will lead requirements gathering, analyze patient management and care coordination workflows, and develop functional specifications that guide system configuration and development. Your expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud data models and healthcare compliance will help ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. Working within an Agile environment, you will collaborate with architects, developers, and QA specialists throughout design, testing, and implementation. The ideal candidate is an experienced Salesforce Business Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant with hands-on Health Cloud expertise, a strong understanding of US healthcare operations, and the ability to manage requirements throughout an Agile delivery lifecycle. Candidates should meet the following qualifications:

- Contract duration: 12-month engagement.
- Workload: Full-time contract, 40 hours per week.
- Work arrangement: Hybrid or remote, with eligibility based on residence in the United States or Canada.
- Industry exposure: Opportunity to contribute to a major healthcare implementation involving Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with healthcare stakeholders, solution architects, developers, QA specialists, and other technical professionals.
- Technical and professional development: Apply and deepen expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, healthcare data models, Agile delivery, and clinical workflow optimization.
