Who can apply? Fresh graduates with an outstanding academic record (Fresh Grads: any graduates of the year 2025, or 2026 or January 2027, as for males who completed their military service either in 2024 or 2025 A fresh graduate with diverse extracurricular & internship experiences Competencies & Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. * Strong ownership, teamwork, and customer focus. * Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. * Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management. * Experience working in high-availability enterprise environments. * Automation mindset with continuous improvement focus. * Ability to work under pressure and manage critical incidents. * Strong understanding of Microsoft enterprise technologies. Hands-on experience with: * Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) * Active Directory & Group Policy * Exchange Online / Hybrid Exchange * Microsoft 365 * Azure Administration * Azure AI Services. * Copilot Technologies * Microsoft Power Platform. * Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management * PowerShell, Python & Microsoft Graph.
