## Together We Can Discover global graduate program is a 12 month program to accelerated development that enables talented fresh graduates to develop and grow within Vodafone Egypt. Ultimately these extraordinary graduates become Vodafone’s future leaders through; customized job rotations in the Strategy department, challenging business exposure, continuous learning journey/development, & corporate networking. Who can apply? Fresh graduates with an outstanding academic record (Fresh Grads: any graduates of the year 2025, or 2026 or January 2027, as for males who completed their military service either in 2024 or 2025 A fresh graduate with diverse extracurricular & internship experiences Requirements: * Engineering, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or another analytical discipline. * University projects, internships, or extracurricular experience related to problem-solving, operations, data, analytics, technology, digital products, or business projects would be an advantage. * Fluency in English * Focus on potential and willingness to learn rather than prior technical depth. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Curiosity and interest in business, processes, data, and technology. * Ability to understand a business problem and structure it clearly. * Good communication and presentation skills. * Ability to collaborate across different teams and ask thoughtful questions. * Attention to detail, ownership mindset, and openness to feedback. * Basic Excel and PowerPoint skills. * Basic understanding of processes, data, analytics, or digital products is an advantage; Power BI, SQL or process-mapping exposure is a plus, not a requirement. * Strong potentiality & spirit attributes * Strong interpersonal skills, innovative, and proactive spirit
