- A local Project Finance franchise leveraging SG Brazil capabilities integrated with DCM.
- Focus on global infrastructure investors, independent power producers, concession operators, hyperscalers, and data center players.
- Deliver differentiated Project Finance/DCM capabilities, including green and transition financing structuring, with a niche focus on battery storage and hyperscale data center financing.
- Increase capacity to originate and structure mandates in the Brazilian market and develop distribution channels and partnerships.
- Improve access to and coverage of local and regional investors.
- Diversify products by optimizing SG Brazil capabilities and maximizing platform profitability.
- Enhance alignment with SG business models.
- Strengthen execution capacity through close support and partnership with F&A sub-BLs.
- Position SG Brazil as a key player in energy transition, infrastructure, and digital infrastructure; deepen client relationships and strengthen distribution capabilities.
- Open doors to more strategic transactions and dialogues, including M&A, ECM, and structured/strategic hedging opportunities.
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics;
Fluent English (mandatory).
Fluent Spanish (desirable);
Deep knowledge of Project Finance, with more than 10 years of experience, as well as strong expertise in the local DCM market.
- CPA-20 certification.
- Teamwork, effective communication skills, hands-on profile, proactive attitude, and strong professional conduct.
