Manager Feature Engineering

• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for enterprise applications built using .NET technologies.
• Drive solution design, development standards, coding best practices, and engineering governance.
• Review application architecture, design documents, and code to ensure scalability, performance, maintainability, and security.
• Lead technology decisions, technical roadmaps, and modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.

• Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using:
  • C#
  • .NET Core / .NET
  • ASP.NET MVC/Web API
  • Angular, React, or similar front-end frameworks
  • SQL Server and cloud-based database solutions
• Define application integration patterns and API standards.
• Ensure adherence to secure coding practices and performance optimization standards.
• Guide teams in implementing modern development methodologies and reusable frameworks.

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, estimation, resource allocation, and execution.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Drive Agile delivery practices and ensure predictable, high-quality releases.
• Establish governance processes for delivery tracking and issue resolution.

• Lead, mentor, and develop software engineers, technical leads, and development teams.
• Conduct performance reviews, career development planning, and succession planning.
• Identify skill gaps and drive training and development initiatives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and retention of top engineering talent.

• Drive adoption of CI/CD, automation, DevOps, and cloud-native best practices.
• Ensure application reliability, availability, security, and operational stability.
• Support production releases, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Establish metrics and KPIs for engineering productivity, quality, and operational performance.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives across development and support teams.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead Full Stack Development teams focused on building scalable, secure, and high-quality enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in .NET Full Stack Development, combined with proven experience in people leadership, project delivery, architecture governance, and stakeholder management.

This role is responsible for providing technical direction, ensuring successful project execution, mentoring engineering teams, and driving continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.
