Proxy Product Owner HR Data

As a Proxy Product Owner HR Data, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, ensuring that HR data collection, mapping, standardization, transcodification and distribution processes meet business needs while maintaining high data quality standards and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will contribute to the governance, enhancement and maintenance of the HR Data Hub ecosystem, with a strong focus on:

• HR Cruise / Oracle HCM integrations;
• HR data collection processes;
• Data mapping and transcodification rules;
• Product backlog management;
• Functional analysis and solution design;
• Testing, validation and production deployment activities;
• Continuous improvement of HR data services and processes.

·         University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, HR, Data Management or related fields.

·         Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Functional Analysis, Data Analysis or Project Management.

·         Experience with Data Warehouse, Data Integration, Data Management or HRIS environments.

·         Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.

·         5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Data Management, or related fields.

·         Strong experience with requirements management and stakeholder collaboration.

·         Knowledge of data integration, data mapping, data warehousing, or HRIS environments.

·         Experience working in Agile environments and managing backlogs (JIRA preferred).

·         Advanced Excel skills.

·         Knowledge of HR processes, Oracle HCM, or HR Cruise is a strong advantage.

·         Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
