Sr Analyst – Treasury

Fair understanding of Payment data & Activities. Thorough knowledge of activities managed in the value chain responsible for
- Knowledge of payment data tools & Applications including Data Flow between Referential & downstream impacts
- Analysis of requests with logical thought process (apply process steps/procedures) and response to Requestors on timely basis
- Arbitrate with the Requestor/Product Owners in case of requests requiring additional time/analysis/clarity
- Effective business communication (written & oral). Keep clarity in terms of content, context and proposals (written communication) & fluency/confidence in case of oral communication
- Prioritize & Manage Adhoc requests in conjunction with BAU
- Take responsibility for the quality of work submitted and ensure that the highest standards are maintained
- To ensure that BAU is processed as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Sensitive and adaptable to Business requirements in terms of Time Zone Coverage/availability
- Recognise sensitivity of mail and ensure to alert Managers in case of escalation /higher management looped in the mail . Further ensure to distribute process changes /change management / Business related information impacting process as part of Knowledge sharing initiative/team huddles/team meetings
- Incase of dependency in process, escalate delay in response from dependent teams to Prod Owners  /Managers/Onshore Partners as per the escalation grid
- Keep transparency in terms of utilization & availability
- No overdue/missess on Manadatory trainings 
- Identify & Report technical issues to support, coordinate on issue resoultion & UAT actions wherever applicable (including system downtime tracker update)
- Ensure to contribute on OKR on production delivery, KPI & KRI
