• →Conduct regular patrols of guest and employee areas to maintain a safe and secure environment and prevent unauthorized access.
• →Perform static post duties, including access control, visitor monitoring, and intruder containment procedures.
• →Operate fire, life safety, and emergency response equipment, responding promptly and effectively to incidents and emergencies.
• →Identify, investigate, and report safety, security, and operational concerns in a timely manner.
• →Follow Security Office procedures and support Front Jetty and Back Jetty security operations as required.
• →Provide First Aid and CPR assistance when needed.
• →Assist with CCTV system monitoring, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• →Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain detailed security records.
• →Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service to guests and colleagues while embodying the Four Seasons Golden Rule.

• A good command of English with strong communication, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• O Levels or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems and security monitoring software.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in emergencies.
• Strong observation skills, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to swim and maintain a good level of physical fitness.
• A willingness to learn, develop, and progress within the organization.

• Full-time position.
• 48 hours per week with one day off per week.
