Workplace Communication Consultant (Part-time)

We are looking for an experienced communication coach to support newly promoted members and high-potentials across our technology team in developing stronger workplace communication skills.

This is an individual coaching role, not a conventional language teaching position. The coach will work 1:1 with employees who are taking on larger scopes of responsibility to help them communicate more effectively, confidently, and respectfully in their new roles.

Coaching may be conducted in English or Vietnamese, depending on each employee's needs.

• →Assess individual communication strengths and development needs for newly promoted team members.
• →Develop personalized coaching plans tailored to the communication challenges of stepping into expanded roles.
• →Coach members on active listening, respectful communication, constructive feedback, communicating upwards with leadership, handling disagreement, and expressing complex technical ideas clearly and concisely.
• →Facilitate practical role plays and provide specific feedback on everyday workplace scenarios.
• →Help members apply new skills in their daily work and review their progress over time.
• →Collaborate with Talent Management to align coaching with career progression goals while maintaining appropriate confidentiality.

• Experience in corporate communication training, workplace coaching, interpersonal skills development, or a related field.
• Strong ability to coach individuals 1:1 and provide actionable, constructive feedback.
• Experience working with professionals, ideally in technology or knowledge-based environments.
• Ability to coach in Vietnamese and/or English. Experience coaching in both languages is a strong advantage.
• A practical, supportive, and nonjudgmental coaching style.
• Ability to tailor sessions to individual growth paths rather than relying solely on standardized course materials.
