We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials professional to lead Finance systems initiatives, period-end close support, and a team of Business Analysts. This role will drive business process improvements, system enhancements, roadmap delivery, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring the stability and effectiveness of Finance applications.

Responsibilities

→Lead Finance system enhancements, roadmap projects, and Oracle Fusion Financials solution delivery.
→Manage and support Finance period-end close activities, ensuring timely completion of critical deliverables.
→Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
→Coordinate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes.
→Oversee testing activities, deployment readiness, and solution validation.
→Drive continuous improvement in business analysis, process design, and data governance practices.
→Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, managing workload, priorities, and professional development.
→Support financial data quality initiatives and resolve process or system-related issues.
→Evaluate Oracle quarterly updates and coordinate testing and release activities.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Financials (AP, GL, FA).
Strong hands-on experience configuring Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, integrations, conversions, and reporting solutions.
Experience with business requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and process consulting.
Strong troubleshooting and issue-resolution skills across business and technical teams.
Experience creating test plans, test scripts, user documentation, and training materials.
Familiarity with JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar project management tools.
Experience evaluating Oracle quarterly patches and conducting release testing.
Proven leadership experience managing Business Analysts and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
