Creative Leadership and Editorial Direction: Lead writers, line editors, and creative teams across multiple content streams, providing clear guidance, actionable feedback, and editorial direction to maintain high-quality storytelling.

Content Production Management: Oversee the end-to-end content pipeline, coordinating assignments, managing deadlines, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery across multiple projects.

US Market Localization: Ensure stories, dialogue, humor, cultural references, character development, and narrative styles feel authentic and engaging to mainstream American audiences.
