As our People Experience & Development Specialist, you will play a central role in creating memorable employee experiences and bringing our company culture to life. Reporting directly to the Head of People Experience & Development, you will take full end-to-end ownership of our internal events, manage our onboarding programs, coordinate team-building activities, oversee learning platforms, and drive community and wellbeing initiatives across the company.
