Chief Manager - Production Support (Integration)

•Lead and manage end-to-end production support operations across the Card and Switch domain, ensuring high availability, stability, and seamless performance of all card systems.

•Monitor and resolve day-to-day issues related to authorization, settlement, chargebacks, and reconciliation across card platforms.

•Act as the primary escalation point for incident management, ensuring timely analysis, root-cause identification, and permanent fixes.

•Possess strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Prepaid Card operations, including wallet/card loading, hedging, transaction processing, and refund lifecycle management.

•Strong understanding of card domain technologies such as Switches, Card Management Systems (CMS), Prepaid Platforms, and Network Interfaces (Visa/Mastercard/RuPay/UPI).

•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to interact confidently with clients, internal teams, and senior leadership.

•Hands-on experience with production monitoring tools, log analysis, and troubleshooting methodologies.

•Ability to work under pressure, manage critical incidents, and ensure timely service restoration.

•Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

•Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write and optimize complex queries for production investigations, data validation, and analytics.
