Responsibilities

- →Act as the primary contact point for assigned broker accounts, deepen partnerships.
- →Conduct regular broker visits and business reviews.
- →Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- →Enhance broker satisfaction through responsive service and effective problem-solving.
- →Work closely with underwriting teams to secure competitive terms for broker submissions.
- →Monitor portfolio performance including premium growth, retention, profitability, and loss ratios.
- →Promote profitable business growth while maintaining underwriting discipline, aligning with company risk appetite
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Professional insurance qualifications (e.g., local insurance certifications) are advantageous.
- Experience 5–10 years of insurance sales, broker distribution, underwriting, or business development experience.
- Proven track record managing broker relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance Motor products.
