Test Lead - Quality Assurance (QA)

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in Test Automation (Selenium, Python), SQL, and Investment Banking Back Office processes. The candidate will lead end-to-end Quality Assurance activities across complex transformation , ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications supporting post-trade processing, settlements, custody IT Systems/Programs.

Key Responsibilities
Test Lead and Management:
Define and implement overall QA strategy, test approach, and quality governance framework.
Lead a team of QA analysts and automation engineers across multiple projects.
Establish testing standards, best practices, quality metrics, and reporting mechanisms.
Manage test planning, estimation, resource allocation, and execution.
Drive defect management and quality reviews with stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Development Teams, and Operations teams.

Automation Testing
Design and develop scalable automation frameworks using:
Selenium WebDriver
Python
SQL

Build reusable automation components and regression suites.
Integrate automation execution within CI/CD pipelines.
Improve automation coverage and execution efficiency.
Conduct code reviews and enforce automation standards.

Investment Banking Domain Responsibilities
