Your main responsibilities will include:

·       Monitor real-time execution progress, including fills, remaining quantity and estimated time to completion.

·       Assess the expected residual position at market close and highlight potential execution risks.

·       Track participation rates against the market volume curve and identify whether an order is ahead of, in line with or behind schedule.

·       Analyse passive and aggressive fills through would-volume analysis.

·       Monitor order proximity to limit prices and support the assessment of related execution risk.

·       Provide expected forward order-placement information based on the remaining execution schedule.

·       Produce live summaries of macro conditions, sector flows and index performance relevant to active orders.

·       Support intraday benchmark-performance feedback, including implementation shortfall and VWAP/TWAP analysis where applicable.

·       Monitor volatility, spreads, liquidity conditions and relevant pre-open or intraday market changes.

·       Manage execution exceptions, including risk alerts and algo-placement issues, escalating material matters appropriately.

·       Prepare personalised end-of-day communications for High-Touch clients and relevant internal stakeholders.

·       Comply with applicable risk, conduct, confidentiality and internal-control requirements.

·       Strong understanding of equity order workflows, execution terminology and market microstructure.

·       Ability to interpret fills, remaining quantity, participation rates, volume curves, limit-price proximity and residual-position risk.

·       Good knowledge of arrival price, VWAP, TWAP and implementation shortfall.

·       Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail in a time-sensitive environment.

·       Strong written communication skills and ability to produce concise client-ready summaries.

·       Strong digital fluency and proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams.

·       Strong ability to leverage AI-powered execution-intelligence tools to monitor order progress, market conditions and execution risk in real time.

·       Ability to critically assess and validate AI-generated recommendations, alerts, forecasts and client-facing outputs before use or distribution.

·       Experience using approved generative AI assistants, including Microsoft Copilot or comparable tools, to produce execution summaries, client communications and operational insights.

·       Ability to identify repetitive order-monitoring and reporting activities that can be automated while preserving human oversight and controls.

·       Practical understanding of prompt design and iterative prompting to obtain accurate and relevant outputs.

·       Strong awareness of AI governance, model limitations, hallucination risk, data confidentiality and responsible AI use in a regulated environment.
