Lead QA – Testing [Automation] 

Job Description 

·       Must have 8+ years of experience in Automation Testing. 

·       Must have strong analytical, quantitative, time management and communication skills.

·       Must have the ability to analyze cost, scope, quality, risk and resources of the team.

·       Must be an excellent team player with strong stakeholder management and relationship skills.

·       Must have good Mentoring skills

·       Must be able to build and maintain good relationship with leaders/Manager.

·       Must have experience Architecting frameworks.

·       Must have experience Create/Manage/Maintain automation frameworks using Selenium/Java. 

·       Must have experience leading a team of at least 3-5 members.

·       Must have experience on TestNG, Maven,Git 

·       Must have experience implementing Best Practices for Automation Testing. 

·       Must have working experience on writing select queries on Oracle/Postgres database.

·       Must have experience writing quality testcases/Scenarios.

·       Must have knowledge on Best Practices for Manual Testing Concepts. 

·       Must have experience bring out KPI’s on manual & automation tests.

·       Must have knowledge on Defect Lifecycle.

·       Must be a GOTO person for the team on technical/application under test.

·       Must be able to effectively communicate to the stakeholders and TL’s.

·       Good to have knowledge on Automobile Leasing applications.

·       Good to have working experience on Rest API. 

·       Good to have knowledge on BDD, JMeter

·       Good to have experience using test management tool (Azure VSTS, Zephyr Scale, ALM)

·       Nice to have worked on Agile project development.

·       Nice to have worked Codeless Automation Solutions (Subject-7,Tosca, etc)
