Review, prioritize and define acceptance criterias (functional and non-functional) user stories with ServiceNow  
Design test scenarios and tests cases for all features implemented by ServiceNow. 
Assess, qualify and propose mitigations of risks (delay and dataquality...) 
Coordinate the architecture team, security team and the delivery team 
Help on configuration management process definition  
Contribute to the product demo with ServiceNow and other stakeholders 
Required Skills 
Strong knowledge of Agile methodology 
Advanced use of Jira 
Advanced knowledge of SG Ecosystem 
Basic knowledge of infrastructure and interaction between CI (CMDB Configuration Item) 
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills 
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams. 
Good level in English (written and spoken)
