Service Designer

At Change Grow Live, we're reimagining how support is designed, delivered and experienced, helping more people access the right support, sooner. We're looking for an experienced Service Designer to join our Change and Transformation Directorate and play a key role in shaping that future. This is an opportunity to turn insight into action, redesign experiences that work better for everyone and help create services that improve outcomes while creating more time for care.

As part of our established Service Redesign Team, you'll work on transformation programmes that improve how support is accessed and delivered across a national organisation. You'll bring together the perspectives of people who use our services, frontline colleagues and stakeholders to design solutions that are practical, inclusive and evidence-led.

One day you might be facilitating a co-design workshop. The next, mapping a service journey, testing a new idea or uncovering insights that reshape how we approach a challenge. Whatever you're working on, you'll help create services that are easier to access, easier to deliver and more effective for the people who rely on them.

Most importantly, you'll see the impact of your work in the lives of the people we support.

You're curious about people, passionate about improvement and motivated by making a difference.

You may already be working as a Service Designer, Business Analyst, User Researcher or in another improvement-focused role. You'll be skilled at turning insight into action, navigating complexity and bringing people together around a shared goal.

Most importantly, you'll believe that the best solutions are created with people, not for them.

This is primarily a home-based role within a virtual national team, with travel across the UK as required.
