Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company that provides an AI-powered scheduling and lead conversion platform for high-ticket sales teams. The platform helps coaches, agencies, creators, and SaaS companies capture more leads, qualify and route them to the right sales reps, reduce no-shows, and track revenue across their sales funnel. It is used by thousands of sales funnels and integrates with CRMs, ad platforms, and messaging tools.

The company is at an important stage in its growth. It is moving to a more formal corporate structure, and a recent wave of sales team hiring has outgrown the informal HR processes that worked when the team was smaller. HR responsibilities are currently spread across company leadership, and the company is hiring an experienced HR Manager to build formal HR operations and bring an outside perspective on how things should be done.

  • The opportunity to build a company's HR function from the ground up.
  • Direct reporting to the CEO, with real influence over how the company grows.
  • A structured 6-month part-time ramp-up before moving to full-time.
  • Exposure to a fast-growing SaaS company during an important stage of growth.
  • A long-term, fully remote position.

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to formalize the company's HR operations, ensure compliance (especially around intellectual property), and build scalable people processes for a growing, distributed team.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will take ownership of HR functions currently handled informally by leadership, including hiring, onboarding, payroll coordination, and commission processes. They will set up and manage the company's HR systems, lead recruiting for non-technical roles, guide and develop the existing HR support, and bring a fresh, outside perspective on processes and best practices.

The role begins part-time at 20 hours per week for a 6-month ramp-up period, then moves to full-time. The ideal candidate is a seasoned, hands-on HR professional with 5–8 years of experience, a strong SaaS background, and the confidence to build HR structure from the ground up in a fast-moving startup.
