As our Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing an essential role in creating the warm, welcoming, and professional experience that sets Angie Scott Skin Health apart.

• →Deliver a warm, welcoming, and personalized experience for every patient.
• →Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, including collecting information, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
• →Answer incoming calls, respond to voicemails, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries.
• →Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming reception and treatment areas.
• →Prepare patient charts and assist with daily administrative responsibilities.
• →Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure smooth patient flow and an exceptional experience.
• →Develop familiarity with our aesthetic treatments and skincare offerings to confidently assist patients with general inquiries.

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Warm, outgoing, and professional with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with phone systems, scheduling, and computer programs.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest or experience in medical aesthetics, skincare, or healthcare is a plus.
