Barista - Capital Hotel, Little Rock, AR

We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional Barista to join our team. This role is all about creating memorable guest experiences through timely and personalized service.

• →Provide warm, personalized service to all guests.
• →Maintain cleanliness of appliances and counter space throughout the shift.
• →Manage trash removal and general upkeep of the barista station.
• →Greet and welcome customers with a positive attitude.
• →Handle customer complaints professionally or escalate to the manager.
• →Operate cash registers and record transactions accurately.
• →Inform customers of available payment options (cash, check, credit/debit).
• →Monitor inventory and restock shelves as needed.
• →Count cash drawer before and after shifts to ensure accuracy.
• →Maintain neat appearance and professional demeanor.
• →Handle repetitive tasks with precision and consistency.
• →Maintain transaction records using basic computer systems.
• →Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• →Be respectful and courteous to guests from diverse backgrounds.
• →Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Previous cashier or customer service experience.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Strong integrity, honesty, and accountability.

• $14.00-$15.40 + tips
