Store Supervisor

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Store Supervisor. In this role, you will help the Director, Operations Manager, and Assistant Manager oversee all aspects of the resort's retail department. The supervisor will be familiar with all store layouts and will help maintain visual presence, service standards, and cleanliness across all locations, but will have a primary focus on a delegated store as their core responsibility.

• Must be able to constantly stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Constantly required reach and grasp.
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

• This job operates in an active environment, with moderate noise levels.
• Must be able to work and be flexible with all shifts, inventory days, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to occasionally work in outdoor weather conditions and frequently move.
