Customer Support Specialist

Join our team and play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service and smooth order execution in an international business environment.

• Support internal and external customers and coordinate issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Manage customer orders and ensure timely processing and delivery.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide updates on order and request status.
• Coordinate procurement activities and support import/export processes.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and business analyses.
• Monitor task performance and support continuous process improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer support, order management, procurement, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of English and Romanian (verbal and written).
• SAP (MM/SD) and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
