  • Brilliant services. Deliver safe, effective, high-quality education that improves patient outcomes and delivers on our promises to all.
  • Sustainable growth. Grow our reach, revenue and relationships, winning and retaining work that builds a strong future for Education Services.
  • Strong performance. Own the budget and business plan; meet agreed financial targets and continually improve productivity and margins without compromising quality.
  • One brilliant team. EMPOWER and X-PERT in a joined-up service with engaged people, clear responsibilities and a shared Spirit culture.
  • Simpler, smarter delivery. Use evidence, data, technology and new ideas to make our services easier to access, more efficient and scalable.
