Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is looking for you to join our team as a Precision Electromechanical Assembler 2 based out of Rolling Meadows, IL.

The ideal candidate must be able to communicate, read, understand, work using a microscope, work with small mechanical parts and fiber optic cables, follow standard operating procedures, and assembly work instructions for complex electronic builds.

Responsibilities

→Must be comfortable working with hazardous chemicals and cleaning solutions, with a focus on rigorous adherence to safety protocols
→Position involves repetitive tasks and prolonged standing; the candidate should be able to manage these physical demands effectively
→Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity
→Ability and willingness to complete in-house Solder, Optics, ESD, and FOD certifications

Primary Level Salary Range: $45,100.00 - $75,100.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
