For nearly 50 years, Gromax has built precision tooling and components for aerospace, medical, defense, and industrial customers. We're looking for a versatile manufacturing professional who can help quote jobs, plan production, coordinate projects, and solve manufacturing challenges.

• →Review drawings and customer requirements
• →Develop manufacturing plans and job estimates
• →Coordinate materials, vendors, and outside services
• →Support production scheduling and project execution
• →Work directly with customers, machinists, and leadership
• →Identify problems before they impact production

• Strong blueprint-reading skills
• Understanding of machining and manufacturing processes
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Experience in machining, tooling, engineering, planning, or estimating
