At Suite Living, we don't just provide housing; we provide a home. As a provider of assisted living and memory care, our mission is to enhance the quality of life for seniors through a supportive environment that fosters independence. As a member of our leadership team, you will help create a welcoming community for residents, support and develop staff, and build strong relationships with families.

Benefits may include comprehensive Blue Cross Blue Shield medical plans, generous PTO and paid holidays, life insurance and long-term disability coverage, 401(k) retirement options, and a supportive culture that values professional growth. Benefit eligibility is subject to Suite Living's current plans and policies.

✓Initial compensation: $70,000 annual base salary, plus a quarterly bonus based on occupancy performance.
✓After licensure: Upon obtaining and verifying an active Minnesota LALD license, the annual base salary increases to $80,000, with eligibility for the same quarterly occupancy-based bonus.
✓Bonus details, including occupancy targets, measurement periods, payout thresholds, and payment timing, will be outlined separately in Suite Living's bonus plan.
✓The employee is responsible for actively progressing through all applicable education, examination, experience, application, and other licensure requirements, with support and expectations established by Suite Living.

Suite Living is seeking a motivated, compassionate Housing Director candidate who is eligible to pursue Minnesota Assisted Living Director in Residence (ALDIR) status and is committed to becoming a Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD). This role combines community leadership and day-to-day operational responsibilities with a structured professional-development pathway toward full licensure.

The Housing Director will support the community's operational performance, resident experience, team development, regulatory readiness, and occupancy goals. The individual must meet all applicable ALDIR and Residency Permit requirements and obtain Minnesota LALD licensure within the permitted residency period, which is expected to be no longer than 12 months. Continued employment in this role is contingent on maintaining eligibility and meeting applicable state licensing requirements. If the individual does not obtain the required LALD license within the legally permitted period, they may no longer continue in this role, subject to applicable law and Suite Living policy.
